Potato, cauliflower, garlic, onion, milk and olive white soup
- 1 liter of milk
 - 200 gr of potato
 - 150 gr of cauliflower
 - 150 gr of onion
 - 4 Cloves of garlic
 - 150 cc of olive oil
 - Salt and pepper
 
In a pot place the milk and the rest of the ingredients, minus the oil, and boil slowly until the potato is tender.
Take to a blender and blend for 2 minutes, then add the olive oil until everything is incorporated.
When serving, draw with the olive oil over the soup in a decorative way.
