Olive oil and herbs butter to spread in bruschettas
Place in small containers, Extra Virgin Olive Oil with fresh thyme, rosemary and black pepper.
Freeze for 15 minutes, then place on the refrigerator to consume when desired.
The oil, due to its composition, solidifies with the cold, transforming into a creamy and spreadable product that, in room temperature, will melt.
It can be used in all kinds of pagnifieds and will give cooked meats and fish a great flavor.
