Olive oil crackers
- 30 ml of olive oil
 - ½ tsp baking powder
 - 160 grams of flour
 - 1 tablespoon of salt
 - 75 ml of milk
 
Combine all the ingredients in a bun.
Stretch the dough of approximately 2 to 3 mm thick and cut to the desired shape.
Place in the roasting pan and pierce with a fork
Take to preheated oven to 180 degrees and cook for about 15 minutes until the cookies are golden.
Let cool.
Tip: you can add grated cheese, toasted seeds or dried herbs to the dough to obtain different flavors.
