Olive Oil tortilla
- 10 eggs
- 1 kg of potatoes
- Olive oil for frying the potatoes
- 1 large onion (optional)
- Salt and pepper
Peel and cut the potatoes into thin sheets of about 2 to 3 mm thick.
Deep fry the potatoes and place them in a bowl. They should not be golden.
Peel and cut the onion in a fine feather, sauté with olive until golden and place in the bowl next to the potatoes.
Beat the eggs and add it to the potato and onion preparation. Salt pepper to taste.
Bring to the fire with a pan that does not stick with olive oil. When heating the pan add the preparation and cook over low heat.
When the egg cooking film forms, turn it with the help of the pot lid.
Cook for a few more minutes and remove from heat.
