Olive oil brownie

  • 115 gr 70% cocoa chocolate
  • 80 ml olive oil
  • 70 gr of flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • a pinch of salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 150 gr. of sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

 

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler and add the olive oil. Beat for 2 minutes and let cool.

Mix the flour with the baking powder and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar and vanilla extract. Finally, add the chocolate mixture.

Little by little, add the flour mixture until you get a dough.

Place the mixture in a nonstick roasting pan.

Preheat the oven and cook at 180ºC. for about 20-22 minutes. Let cool and cut into squares.

Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.
