Orange and olive oil pudding
- 400 gr of flour
- 25 gr baking powder
- 280 gr sugar
- 300 ml olive oil
- 4 eggs
- 2 oranges
- 1 tablespoon of vanilla
Mix the liquids in the blender glass with the sugar and the oranges.
Blend until a smooth and homogeneous consistency is formed.
Sift the flour with the baking powder and mix in an enveloping way
Pour into oiled pudding pan and take to a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
Cool and unmold
