Lactonesa of olive and ciboullette

Ingredients:

  • 50 cc of whole milk
  • 200 cc of olive oil
  • 1 bouquet of ciboullette
  • Salt and pepper
  • Lemon juice

Put everything together in a mixer and mix until a homogeneous emulsion is formed
Taste before serving
